The Jewelry Product Development Manager is responsible for the execution of jewelry product lines from concept to samples. They will follow up from the design process, manage product quality, and ensure on-time delivery of products for sales & marketing teams. They will closely work with Merchandise manager & VP Merchandising to assist them in ensuring timely delivery of samples of their projects.

Core Responsibilities :

1. Project follow up from start to end (design to sampling)

2. Understanding priorities & delivery deadlines to Collate data from all departments for cross functional smooth movement of project to meet target dates.

3. Resolving issues logically or bringing it to immediate attention of reporting manager.

4. Hands on with using Microsoft office software ( Word, excel, ppt) , Adobe PDF, Google

sheets & slides(preferred but can be trained) & other relevant basic understanding of

software for understanding deliverables( corel, CAD )

5. Having good product knowledge to assist in sample QC.

Skills and Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Arts, Design or other relevant degrees

2. PD management experience with experience of 6 to 8years {Gems & Jewelry}

3. Work cross-functionally throughout the organization to drive project-delivery

4. Demonstrates complex problem resolution proficiency and the ability to identify/implement process and system enhancements

5. Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools {words, excel, ppt, google sheets & slides}

6. Other relevant basic understanding of software for understanding deliverables( corel, CAD )
