Manager - Presales & Proposals - Aerospace (15-20 yrs)
Requirements :
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electronics/Electronics & Communication or Aerospace Engineering
- Worked on medium to large size proposals/tenders in Defence Electronics domain or System Integration projects in Aerospace & Defence
- Proven experience in developing successful proposals for complex avionics, electronic warfare and radar subsystems
- Strong understanding of avionics systems, electronics warfare and radar sub systems along with FPGA technologies.
- Proficiency in proposal management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as DO-178C, DO-254, etc
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational abilities.
