BE/MBA candidates having 8 to 12 years of Presales work experience in IT

Job Highlights :

- We are looking for Pre-Sales Manager with Bid Making experience who has minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in similar role who can provide support in proposals and pre-sales activities

- Should possess good Team Management skills (5 years)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Closely work with Sales personnel to provide Product, Business and Technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities

- Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business

- Creation of marketing concepts and prepare product requirements & data sheets

- Providing support in the preparation of responses to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals

- Work with Product / Project Managers and Development teams to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales organization

- Responsible to develop and deliver training on business problems, products, and messages for pre-Sales team members

- Attending conferences and meeting Experts to get to know on the updates in the market

- Regarding products including coordinating gaps between product functionality and market/customer demands

- Giving presentations / making demos on our products

- To participate in Project meetings / Reviews / Analysis sessions and make module demos

- In conjunction with Sales Personnel, develop and conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments, expectations, customer organization, etc.

- Mentor team members on complex bids

MANDATORY SKILLS :

- Experience in IT organizations as Presales Manager

- 8 to 12 years of Pre-sales experience in IT industry

- Should have minimum 5 years of Management experience

- Should possess good Team Management skills

- Lead complex bids for larger opportunities in region, as well as assisting team on smaller opportunities as applicable

- Knowledge of Project Management preferred
