- Excellent client interaction and handling skills with good command on verbal and written English.

- Strong experience in conducting client interactions for discovering and capturing their pain areas and business needs.

- Meticulous knowledge of web and mobile development lifecycle with the ability to grasp upcoming technologies quickly.

- Experience inaccurate Business Requirement Gathering and ability to write comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD) including business needs and proposed solutions.

- Experience in coordinating with the client to define project milestones, present high/low-level implementation approach and to conduct knowledge transfer sessions with delivery teams.

- Experience in creating wireframes, SRS Documents, process and application workflows to support functional specifications.

- Proficiency in writing business level user stories and breaking them at the task level for project teams.

- Problem-solving approach having a comprehensive predictive view of customer's future requirements and existing business processes.

- Client first attitude.

- Work with development teams to help them understand the project scope and objectives.

- Flexible to work in different time zones.
