Manager - Presales - Edutech (8-12 yrs)
Manager - Pre sales:
- Design and Plan sales strategies in response to market landscape and competitors' behavior.
- Liaising with customers (institution Key Decision Makers including owners, principal and others) to determine the customer's requirements
- Developing and executing pre-sales selling strategies and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Assist in preparation of sales proposals
- Work closely with the Sales Representative and the customer to create customer-specific solutions that address the needs of the customer
- Provide presales and technical guidance to sales teams and key business partners
- Lead the creation and delivery of innovative product demonstrations for prospects, customers, and partners on-site and remotely,
- Follow up on potential client requirements by participating in pre-sales meetings with the client and partners to identify and document their needs
- Prepare materials for client presentations, demonstrations, presentations
- Present the solution and value proposition to the customer
- Manage the business development related marketing collateral such as case studies and whitepapers and other documents
- Prioritize, communicate and mitigate issues and risks with internal stakeholders
