Manager - Presales/Business Development/Sales - Banking/Finance/Real Estate/Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify and engage potential clients within the Banking, Finance, Real Estate, or Insurance sectors.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer demands.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product offerings and align solutions with client requirements.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching and support to achieve targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 1-6 years of experience in sales or business development within the Banking, Finance, Real Estate, or Insurance sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing a sales team and driving performance.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
- Negotiation experience with a focus on closing deals.
