Job description for Manager - Pre SalesB2C

We are looking for an experienced and energetic leader to drive pre sales efforts for acquiring new customers for the online stock broking business.

Responsibilities :

- Building and managing in-house and out sourced telesales teams.

- Responsible for business parameters including customer acquisition and Wealth product sales.

- Responsible for smooth customer on-boarding from lead conversion to account activation.

- Coordination with different Department to ensure smooth transition of work.

- Recruiting and Handling team in terms of performance, training, quality, attrition management etc.

- Daily/Monthly reviews meet with the team and management for quality check purposes.

- Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills and QA.

Requirements :

- MBA from a good institute

- 8-10 years of experience in running sales oriented call center in BFSI domain.

- Good working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM and contact centre solution.
