Manager - Post Sales - Media (2-10 yrs)
Job Description:
- Responsible for Customer services, account development, retention & Upsell
- Responsible for managing 50 key strategic accounts (Builders & Developers) in the city
- Shall be responsible to grow the client base and penetrate further (Up sell). shall act as a conduit between corporate teams (CET), Sales team and the client.
- Ability to manage queries, complaints and requests and also do first time resolution within TAT
- Strict adherence to TAT and SOP.
- Good excel skills and ability to quickly transform and understand data.
- Must have good inter-personal skills
- Understanding of various lead management systems
Ideal profile :
- MBA with Min 3 years of real estate exposure
- Sound understanding of digital domain
- Posses the right mix of Sales and Service orientation
- Ability to develop strong client relationships in large client segment
- Open to make 2-3 customer calls per day and sight opportunities for Up-sell
