- Looking to recruit a Plot Sales Solicitor
- Worked earlier with Real estate projects (Plot Sales )
- Experience in generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development
- Liaoning with management and clients also management and vendors
- Experience in Client Management, dealer or vendor management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
- Proven track record of successfully completing the sales process with customers
- Have detailed knowledge of all Bovis Homes and Linden Homes house types, plots available and upcoming within all sites within the specified hub to ensure each customer is given every opportunity to purchase a new home
- Take responsibility for all company property and equipment across each site within the specified sales hub.
- Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcome for the business
- Handling clients at Area level
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Understands pressure of working a senior position

- Strong communication and presentation skills
Qualification : Minimum B.E./B.tech or M.Tech-Civil (Preferable) and M.B.A (Marketing) could be prefered (optional)
