Manager - Platform Engagement/Retention (8-14 yrs)
Location : Bangalore (PAN India Role)
Notice Period : Max 1 month
Number of Working Days : 6 days per week
Travel Required : Very Less (not more than 5 days a month)
Key Job Purpose : Improve engagement of subscribed shippers and truckers leading to higher retention and renewals
Key Tasks/Responsibilities :
- Understand the reasons why acquired shipper and trucker does not use BB Load Board frequently
- Find solution for these reasons and push both customer sets to use the product more frequently
- Increase recall for the product in shipper and truckers' mind
- Increase wallet share for both the customer bases resulting in higher engagement and retention
- Drive subscription renewals for both shippers and truckers
Performance Metrics Engagement :
- Activity per active user
- Retention - DAU, WAU, MAU, Cohorts
- Subscription renewal %
- CSAT Score
Job Incumbent Requirements :
Education : Postgraduate full time
Work Experience : 2-3 Years in retention of customers / vendors preferably through tele-calling channel
