Manager - Performance Marketing/Social Media - D2C Brand (1-7 yrs)
Our client, a prominent D2C brand, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage P&L, and lead awareness campaigns with a strong focus on Meta ads. We are seeking candidates with proven experience in revenue generation for D2C brands.

Responsibilities:
- Lead performance marketing efforts by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive overall sales growth and progressively take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) aspect.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of Meta advertising campaigns from start to finish.
- Manage media measurement, including brand tracking, conversion rate optimization, and ROI analysis.
- Execute brand awareness campaigns on Meta platforms and other relevant publishers.
- Collaborate with e-commerce, brand, and vendor teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Requirements:
- A graduate with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing Meta advertising platforms (Facebook and Instagram Ads).
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including agencies, e-commerce, and brand communication teams.
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and A/B testing software.
