Manager - Performance Marketing - Sea Food Business (3-5 yrs)
- Hiring for an oldest seafood company Performance Marketing Manager for Mumbai location.
Responsibilities :
- Set up and manage all Google & Meta campaigns
- Develop new strategies by studying emerging trends
- Increases marketing effectiveness by identifying long-term and short-term goals
- Measure and adhere to key performance indicators
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Reports performance of all marketing campaigns to senior management
- Strategize to increase performance (ROI) through insights
- Brainstorm for new growth strategies
- Facilitate coordination between internal teams
- Strong analytical skills to understand and enhance the customer experience throughout the marketing funnel
- Financial planning and strategy as related to digital marketing and retention
- Actively contribute to overall marketing strategy and wholistic growth of the company
- Contribute to other aspects of marketing such as customer retention, email marketing, content marketing and social media
- Take a thought leadership role and enable the growth & education of other members of the team
- Participate in recruitment and training of junior members
- Take an analytical and data driven approach to performance marketing
- Will be responsible for the running of two different brands under the umbrella, operating in the food industry with different product offerings.
Skills & Qualifications Required :
- Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics
- Self-motivated yet customer-focused
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field
