About the role :
- An analytical marketer with a penchant for squeezing every ounce of ad spend to drive actual business revenue
- Self driven leader with experience in multiple marketing channels to drive traffic, acquire new customers, increase retention and growth.
- He/She would be responsible for driving traffic to the website and being one of our customer acquisition champions.
He/ she would have the freedom to drive performance marketing strategies & develop plans to acquire new customers.
Should be able to define goals & strategy as well as be able to execute these plans, deliver results and report performance.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of our company's audiences & buyer personas.
- Leverage paid channels to drive top of the funnel traffic and MQL velocity
- Collaborate with marketing team and create conversion optimized landing pages
- Use data to identify patterns and opportunities and make optimization recommendations across the buyer's journey.
- Measure, track & report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against KPI/ ROI
- Lead, motivate, and grow the performance marketing function within the marketing team.
- Experiment with existing and new growth channels to plan quarterly spends.
- Plan and execute rapid A/B experiments across ad creative, ad copy and LPs
Requirement :
- 6+ years of overall professional experience.
- Experience managing customer acquisition efforts in paid channels with quantifiable results.
- Should have managed budgets upwards of $200k/ month
- Experience with paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ads, etc), A/B testing (Optimizely), Analytics (Google Analytics), User testing (Hotjar), Marketing Automation (eg. Hubspot), etc.
- Strong creative & soft skills combined with an affinity for data.
- B2B/ SAAS product experience would be a big plus.
