Manager - Performance Marketing - Retail (1-3 yrs)
Job Overview :
- The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve performance goals. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Campaign Management :
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of the company.
- Optimize campaigns across multiple channels including search engines, social media, email, and other digital platforms.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign results, including ROI, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Budget Management :
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate funds strategically to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor spending and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
4. Collaboration and Coordination :
- Work closely with other marketing team members, including content creators and graphic designers, to create effective marketing materials.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
5. Market Research :
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
6. SEO and SEM :
- Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to increase website visibility and traffic.
- Optimize website content for search engines and pay-per-click advertising.
7. A/B Testing :
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
- Strong understanding of various marketing and sales touchpoints.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Google Ads certification.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
