Position: Performance Marketing & Marketing Automation Manager
Location: Mumbai
Job Overview : We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing & Marketing Automation Manager to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the deployment of data-driven marketing strategies and technical automation expertise to boost customer acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive paid digital marketing campaigns across PPC, social media ads, and display advertising.
- Design and implement efficient marketing automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
- Craft and refine email marketing strategies, implementing lead scoring and nurturing programs to prioritize high-potential leads.
- Continuously assess campaign performance and ROI, utilizing insights to drive strategic improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize effectiveness.
Oversee and enhance the marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integrations and developing automated reporting dashboards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing and marketing automation, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proficient in platforms and tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics and data visualization platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems, customer journey mapping, and email marketing best practices.
Technical skills in HTML, CSS, tag management systems, and basic SQL.
