Job Description :
- We are looking to hire someone who is hands-on with Performance Marketing to join our team and help us scale, someone who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Role :
- Plan, create and execute campaigns end-to-end on all channels
- Create, manage and optimize campaigns across all digital channels including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Affiliates, SMS, Whatsapp, Email, etc.
- Campaign setup, management and optimization including A/B testing of targeting, landing pages and more to ensure revenue maximization and cost minimization Innovate and lead new campaign ideas
- Work with design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for conversion, relevance, and customer preferences
- Acquire insights in online marketing trends in the industry and keep strategies up-to-date
- Work closely with internal teams including category, business, engineering
- Track and measure campaign level, ad-set level and ad level performance and determine actionable insights
- Lead funnel building initiatives, user acquisition, conversion & retention of users
- Drive and track KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc. on daily basis and create performance reports
- Regularly optimize campaigns to continuously improve ROAS from the campaign
- Revenue, CAC and LTV analysis and leverage data to optimise paid funnel to maximise revenue and Revenue/Cost
Requirement :
- At least 2-4 years of Experience
- MBA in Relevant Field
- Strong understanding of online platforms, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Insta, Snapchat, Linkedin etc.
- Strong command of databases and analytics solutions
- Experience with tools including Google Adwords, Keyword tools, Google Analytics, FB Ads/Business Manager, YouTube Ads, DV360 and others
- Exposure to programmatic would be a plus.
- Analytical, data-driven, detail oriented, online & social media savvy
