About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of performance-based marketing campaigns for Augmont. You will work closely with Brand Management team & cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement lead generation digital marketing strategies to create a steady pipeline of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Execute, monitor and analyse lead generation metrics to ensure performance marketing efforts are yielding desired results.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize performance marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Understand the best suitable medium and implement digital marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn to improve footfalls on website, mobile app in stores.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing
- Maintain & monitor the entire consumer journey funnel
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and measure ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing.
