Main Responsibilities of a Performance Marketing Manager


Responsibilities will include :

- Creating and executing a performance marketing strategy & execution plan across channels like FB & IG, UAC, Apple Search, Ad Networks, DSP, etc.

- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns

- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong ROAS and efficient CAC

- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid & CRM

- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established KPIs

- Liaise with the product and tech team to implement key product features which enables better conversions across marketing funnels

- Liaising with product marketing managers to understand the requirements and drafting a media plan & strategy

- Working closely with the product marketing team to ensure successful execution of promotional campaigns

- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

Key Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in app/mobile marketing

- You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, FB, UAC and other digital channels.

- You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting.

- Have prior experience in working with Appsflyer, Amplitude, Clevertap and Braze (Appsflyer is a must)

- Proven track record of making data based decisions using various existing models (CLTV, RFM, etc.)

- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.

Added Bonus :

- Understanding of CRM tools like Clevertap & Braze

- Understanding of product analytic tool like amplitude

- Have working knowledge of RFM & Statistical models
