Manager - Performance Marketing - Grocery (5-7 yrs)

Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager/Paid Marketing Specialist
Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon
Experience: 5 years to 6 years
Your Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy & Execution:
- Manage paid digital campaigns and have experience across multiple digital channels including FB, Google, programmatic, native and others.
- Leverage data insights for optimization opportunities and implement strategic bid adjustments to improve every channel
- Can handle robust initiatives from beginning to end
- Identify capabilities needed to deliver optimal performance against set KPIs
Creative/Content Strategy:
- Provide strategic insight for campaign plans as well as during post-campaign analysis
- Perform creative research and always know the characteristics of a high performing ad
- Generate insights, ideas, and strategies that support the creative team to develop ads
Measurement & Reporting:
- Define and report key metrics to monitor user experience and digital marketing effectiveness including ROI
- Own the aggregation of data across the various digital channels
- Be the point person for launch dates, reporting and creative assets
- Perform analysis across various aspects of each channel
- Identify any issues in performance & develop working solutions for them
- Develop robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our mobile app and digital channels to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments.
- Manage third parties effectively such as digital agencies and service provider requirements
- Devise the strategy for PPC, Affiliate and Performance marketing, and lead the in-house teams for management of all Digital Media (Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, & Video), database marketing (primarily email, push notification & SMS).

- Extensive experience with digital media buying platforms (Google DV360/GDN, Facebook, Appnexus, Taboola, etc.)
- Strong passion for digital media and media buying

- Familiar with Google Analytics, link tracking, conversion pixels/tags, and online attribution concept
- Effective time management, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Good understanding of PPC, programmatic, social and affiliate based marketing with proven results
- Strong data-driven orientation and analytical mindset with a focus on RO
