- Someone who can put themselves in the shoes of the consumer no matter what cultural or economic background they may be from, and use that perception to create a powerful ad campaign.

- Manage and lead a team of performance marketing executives
- To easily understand the demands, interests, and target audiences of our clients.
- Rapidly visualize persona cards for brands.
- Track and measure data.
- Understand what consumers are looking for in ads.
- Creative vision to entice consumers to react to an ad.
- To Understand the uses and benefits of each advertising platform.
- Constant desire to learn and keep up to date with the forever-changing advertising platforms.
- Report creation to inform clients of the success of the ads.
- To conduct strategic market research in order to fully optimize ads.
- Having sound knowledge of various industries and globally successful ads.
- Have a sound knowledge of marketing as a whole, as well as the various terms used in day-to-day activities.
- To be able to understand and read trends in the market that may act ad results.
- To be able to use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn ads evidently
