Manager - Performance Marketing - eCommerce (2-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Be responsible for optimizing acquisition cost while maximizing ROAS for a key vertical of the business
- Devising and executing strategies across various channels to minimize CAC maximize ROAS
- Ensure process improvements proactively and improve operational efficiency
- Gathering data-driven insights into campaigns and consumer behavior, and implementing the learning
- Developing and executing new and innovative strategies for consumer acquisition
- Continuous experimentations and running A / B Testing on campaigns, messaging and targeting to improve ROI
Desired Qualification :
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- MBA, B.TecH from tier 1 institutes.
- Should have experience in media buying, SEO,SEM, Ecommerce Marketing.
