Manager - Performance Marketing - D2C Brand (2-7 yrs)
Our Client, a prominent D2C Brand looking for a performance marketing manager with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing P&L, and leading awareness campaigns across platforms like DV360, Hotstar, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Lead performance marketing efforts by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive overall sales growth and progressively take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) aspect.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing initiatives from start to finish.
- Manage media measurement, including brand tracking, conversion rate optimization, and Media Mix Modelling.
- Execute brand awareness campaigns on platforms like DV360, Hotstar, and other key publishers.
- Collaborate with e-commerce, brand, and vendor teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Build the necessary infrastructure, including the right tech stack, agency partnerships, and internal team, to scale the brand over the next three years.
Requirements:
- A graduate with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including agencies, e-commerce, and brand communication teams.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms like Google Ads, DV360, and Facebook Ads.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, A/B testing software, and CRM systems.
- A data-driven mindset with first-principle thinking and strong analytical skills.
