Manager - Performance Marketing - BFS (3-5 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in the tech startup ecosystem and a deep understanding of building products from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mobile app user acquisition, performance marketing, and App Store Optimization (ASO). You will develop and execute strategies that drive app installs, optimize campaigns, and increase user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and app installs across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, focusing on maximizing ROI through A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative optimization.

- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve key metrics, including CAC, CPI, CTR, CPA, LTV, ROAS, and retention.

- Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals, creatives, and user experience.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app marketing, user acquisition, and app monetization.

- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and ad networks.

- Leverage data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Trackier, CleverTap, Mixpanel) to track performance and identify growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on mobile app installs and user acquisition.


- Strong familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies and tactics.

- Experience in programmatic advertising and influencer marketing.

- Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.

- Expertise with analytics and performance tracking tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and Mixpanel.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and decisions.

- Experience in managing paid media budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
