Manager - Performance Marketing - Advertising Firm (3-7 yrs)
Performance Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identify, plan and experiment new strategies & channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to brainstorm ideas, create original concepts, and develop messaging that results in effective and compelling communication
- Prepare analytics dashboards to track campaigns; success and media spend
- Work closely with the management to present funnel conversion results and improvement ideas/recommendations
- Creatively identify target audiences across social platforms
- Plan & forecast media mix and media spend allocation across the channels
- Work with external agencies, if any, on a day-to-day basis
- Gather continuous feedback from internal stakeholders (and occasionally from customers as well) on campaign quality
- Setup technical integrations and automations between CRMs, sales and marketing platforms to ensure a delightful customer experience
- Be up-to-date on the hottest trends in performance marketing and identify suitability for our processes
- Perform weekly quality audits on all funnels, user journeys, & data capture processes
- Develop expertise about our vision, products, industry & audience's needs

Requirements:
- Passionate about marketing and sales
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years experience as a performance marketer (prior experience in performance marketing agencies preferred)
- Experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate, PPC, SEO, social media, other digital/non-digital channels
- Excellent analytical thinker; hypothesis-led & data-driven decision-maker
- Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics, Google Sheets/Excel, Automation tools
- Goal-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Open-minded, curious and a strong problem solver
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team collaboration skills
