Job Responsibilities :
- Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue attribution.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to define and execute targeting and segmentation strategies to reach relevant audiences and drive customer engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, platforms, and tools related to performance marketing, and proactively incorporate them into the company's marketing efforts.
- Leverage your strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities to identify growth opportunities, drive innovation, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as data analysts, content creators, and designers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, consumer behavior, and potential market gaps.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies or ad tech vendors, to explore new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Utilize your proficiency in other marketing tools and platforms to support and enhance overall marketing efforts.
- Effectively communicate performance marketing strategies, campaign results, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Requirements :
- Proven track record of at least 4 years in performance marketing
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in B2B Performance Marketing, Preferable with Digital Media Agency
- Strong expertise in Meta ads, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to drive business growth.
- Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in handling media and creative agency along with affiliate vendor world.
