Manager - Performance Marketing (7-9 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Build and grow the acquisition funnels across all digital media, primarily google and Facebook.

- Champion requirements for supporting tools to drive scale and enhance advertising operations, as well as for measuring, monitoring, and reporting;

- Design and manage advertising strategy, program implementation and budgets;

- Drive quarterly planning, forecasting, and reporting;

- Optimize tactical implementations by identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities. Develop and implement corrections of error;

- Push innovation boundaries to uncover incremental growth opportunities, drive testing, trial and experimentation.

- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics.

- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment.

- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best and test new channels and trends.

- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers.

Eligibility Criteria :

- 7+ years of experience in handling high scale digital brands.

- Hands on experience in execution, analysis, scaling of Google & Facebook App campaigns.

- Talented, Flexible individual with the ability to multitask, to exercise initiative, and work effectively with strong attention to detail.

- Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi- channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC and other digital channels.

- Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, good understanding and direct exposure to tools like Appsflyer, Branch, Tableau, Metabase etc.

- Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.

- Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
