Description
Your contribution to the team:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Facebook ad platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand our business objectives and marketing goals.
- Develop and execute effective Ad campaign strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Create compelling ad copy and visual assets.
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Provide regular reports and analyses to the founder on campaign performance.
Our ideal candidate must have:
- At least 3 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles is must and best practices
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads platform.
- Experience in optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
- Familiarity with campaign budget management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage a team of 5-6 people.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Facebook Ads certifications are a plus.
NOTE : Must have managed 25 Lacs of budget on META specifically ( Facebook , LinkedIn , Instagram)
