Manager - Performance Marketing (5-10 yrs)
Performance Marketing Manager, we are looking for an experienced professional who has worked on digital first consumer brands. This is an individual contributor role.
As a Performance Marketer, you will:
1. Own all performance marketing channels like Facebook, Google, Affiliates etc.
2. Devise and execute strategies across various channels to minimize CAC and maximize + revenue run-rate.
3. Use data driven insights on consumer behavior and campaigns to create better campaign performance.
4. Develop and execute innovative strategies for consumer acquisition.
5. Experiment constantly, run A/B Testing on campaigns, messaging and targeting to improve ROI
6. Update internal reports with daily data for tracking by various teams.
7. Manage relevant vendor relationships.

4. 4-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing on ecommerce with D2C brands.
5. Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook and Google campaigns
6. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
7. Understanding of SEO to enable teams understand technical and content requirements.
8. Experience in running campaigns on Amazon would be an advantage.
9. Tuned in with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
10. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with design and copy teams on creatives.
11. Someone with the ability to double up as your own copy writer when required.
