Manager - Performance Marketing (4-6 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Conduct thorough audience research to identify target demographics and interests, and continually refine ad targeting parameters.

- Create and manage budgets for paid advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.

- Develop and design compelling ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages that resonate with the target audience.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

- A/B testing of ad campaigns to continuously improve ad creative, audience targeting, and campaign strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging advertising platforms, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals.

- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

1)The Ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of work experience.

2) In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

3) Strong ability to conduct thorough audience research to identify target demographics and interests.

4) Continuous commitment to refining targeting parameters based on data and insights.

5) Ability to optimize spending to ensure maximum ROI.

6) Capability to monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

7) Proven track record of conducting A/B testing to refine ad creative, audience targeting, and campaign strategies.
