Manager - Performance Marketing (3-7 yrs)
We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, and OEM networks. The goal is to acquire high-quality, retained users while driving measurable growth. Proficiency in Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) like Appsflyer or Singular is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and OEM networks to achieve user acquisition and retention targets.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic app downloads and traffic.
- Develop and oversee affiliate marketing programs, collaborating with publishers to expand reach.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance ROI.
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Leverage MMP tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Singular) to track and evaluate user acquisition and engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and new platforms to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize user acquisition funnels to align with growth objectives and maintain brand consistency.
