Manager - Performance Marketing (3-6 yrs)
Hiring for a Performance Marketing Manager for a leading advertising agency.
Location- Mumbai
Experience- 3- 6 years
Key Accountabilities:
- Research and execute key aspects of campaign such as keyword research, ad copy drafting, audience research, and account structure.
- Analyze paid media campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media strategies with actionable next-step recommendations.
- Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the established process.
- Responsible for managing marketing spend and drive paid search across social networks, websites, search engines and geographical location, to ensure budgets are spent accordingly without under/over-delivery.
- Creating strong campaigns in-keeping with our clients- brand values.
- Monitoring and reporting short and long-term customer trends from internal and market data.
- Effectively managing meta channels to drive cost effective ROI
Professional Skills:
- Experienced in managing campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, preferably across different industries.
- Proven achievements in delivering KPI growth and ROI within budgets.
- Strong digital background with technical skills across digital media essential.
- Comfortable with analyzing data from different data sources like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search Console.
- Team player and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills.
