Manager - Performance Marketing (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize advertising strategies on Meta and Google Ads to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign strategies.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
- A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure Perform remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Proactively recommend and implement new features and opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and data analysts, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Set, track, and achieve monthly revenue targets through effective campaign management and optimization.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a successful track record of driving measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
