Manager - Performance Marketing (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Build and lead a team across digital channels (SEM - Search, Social, Display and Programmatic)
- Define the performance marketing strategy across paid channels
- Setup best-in-class processes for the performance marketing team
- Work closely with our branding team to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Own the media strategy and execution across channels including creative testing
- Lead effort to utilize data-driven methodology, analysis and measurement to improve lead generation across all marketing channels
- Partner with the required teams to ensure robust attribution models are built to effectively measure the performance of each digital and offline channel, and also understand synergies across channels
- Manage media budgets, spend tracking and execution of authorized plans
- Own strategic initiatives and ensure execution against timeline.
Requirements :
- Strong technical and analytical skills are a must
- At least 3 years of hands-on expertise in paid marketing and attribution
- Expertise in deploying Google Adwords and Facebook targeting to drive leads
- Good functional understanding of and experience in managing all digital marketing channels, and expertise in programmatic advertising and ad tech landscape (DSPs, DMPs, Ad Servers, RTB, etc.)
- The growth-hacking mindset with experience in running digital marketing experiments
- The clarity in thinking, with good communication skills in English - both written and verbal
- Adept at quick decision making, in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Strong analytical capabilities and A/B experimentation techniques
- Self-motivated, passionate and proactive; a team player.
