Manager - Performance Marketing (2-7 yrs)
- Creating and executing a strong media plan: Both Google & Fb; - Managing budgets and campaigns across Facebook & Google to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Should be able to do deep Competitor Analysis & Keyword research for clients
- Should be extremely data centric and be able to create insightful reports for clients
- Working alongside the content/design team to give content directions in a detailed way - Very crucial
- Should also have hands on experience on whatsapp marketing & email marketing setup & execution
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

Qualifications for a Performance Marketing Manager :
Required :
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in a B2C & B2B environment both
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and performance tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Mailchimp, Whatsapp business tool, etc
- Excellent communication, collaboration skills with sense of good aesthetics
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot or Marketo, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, such as Clevertap, Zoho
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) best practices is a plus

Salary : - 495,855 - 800,000 per year
