Summary of Role :

We seek an extremely motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our Performance Marketing vertical. You will be responsible for scaling up digital strategy, setting priorities, expanding capability, and delivering ambitious revenue for our clients and internal marketing efforts. This role demands interacting with clients periodically therefore a commendable command over communication and good presentation skills are expected.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of experience in driving Performance Marketing for B2C/B2delivering ambitious revenue goals

- Must have experience working in a marketing agency set-up.

- Must have hands-on experience in setting up and managing budgets for running ad campaigns.

- Proficiency in digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).

- Good to have certifications for Google Analytics/AdSense/AdWords/Meta Ads/Tag Manager Core/motamo

- Good to have experience of paid marketing on platforms like Amazon/Meesho/Flipkart/Indiamart.

- Familiarity with B2B buyer personas and the e-commerce or logistics sector is preferred.

- Educational background: Preferably an Engineering background with excellent data-driven analytical skills. Having Master's/Advanced Certification/PGDM in marketing will be a plus.

Responsibilities :

- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.

- Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation and make optimization recommendations across the buyer's journey.

- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.

- Setting up PPC campaigns.

- Setting up and managing campaigns in digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).

- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously optimize campaign results.

- Explore new channels for customer acquisition.

- Create and execute monthly marketing plan with a cross functional team to achieve the growth objectives - this includes digital marketing, social media, funnel optimizations, offers/pricing, partnerships.

- Directly interacting with clients for pitching/taking client briefs/discussing new strategies/providing project and periodical review.
