Manager - Performance Marketing (2-4 yrs)

Role
This role will be primarily responsible for the management of digital accounts and diversifying the channel mix using paid social channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing the brand's eB2B App Acquisition, Engagement, and Retention Strategy
- KPIs include Installs, CPI, MAU, DAU, Stickiness, Purchase Cohort, Customer acquisition and Uninstall Rate
- Planning, executing, measuring, and reporting on performance across categories and brands.
- Managing the brand's eB2B Performance Ads Portfolio
- Accountable for revenue, spends, visits, ROAS and conversion rate
- Utilize strong analytical ability to optimize performance on all channels
- Targeting, segmenting, campaign analysis and cohort analysis
- Lead creative and content direction for all customer touch points
- Identify trends, insights, and new audiences to experiment and run A/B tests with
- Plan and execute launches of new brands and collections
- Collaborate internally with the team and business stakeholders to understand the business, brands and ideate creative strategies
- Collaborating with agency partners to execute campaigns on (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, YouTube, Snapchat, Apple, Programmatic
Desired Candidate Profile :
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of work experience in the digital marketing field
- Deep understanding of digital environment and tools such as FB ads manager, Google ads, DV 360
- Ability to adapt, be detail-oriented, work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, be resourceful, manage stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical skills & data-driven thinking. Effective communication & presentation skills
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Knowledge & interest in the FMCG retail sector industry preferred
