Manager - Performance Marketing (2-4 yrs)
The role is with Monrow Shoes - a leading women's footwear brand, based in Bangalore. Monrow is a India's fastest growing shoe brand. Their key mantra being Consumer Empathy, the Brand keeps the consumer at the core and builds everything around them.
Monrow shoes is now at 28 locations across India including Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Delhi, in partnership with Shoppers Stop, Reliance Retail and Future Group.
The candidate will own the entire digital performance marketing strategy and execution for the brand.
Qualifications:
- 2 - 4 years of Performance/Digital Marketing experience, preferably in an eCommerce industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate Campaign Strategies, set-up and optimize campaigns.
2. Lead paid as well as owned marketing activities including marketing automation.
3. Work with product team to drive website performance - Own marketing targets and plans.
4. Handling Facebook Ad campaigns, Google AdWords campaigns .
5. Grow & nurture the digital marketing team
Must-have Skills:
1. Strong data analytical skills
2. Must be able to prioritize tasks and be a go-getter.
3. Experience in eCommerce industry will be preferred.
