Manager - Performance Marketing (2-3 yrs)
Overview:
We are looking for a talented and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at [Cosmetic Brand] in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of driving growth through performance marketing channels. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to optimize our online presence, drive customer acquisition, and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Digital Advertising Strategy : Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
2. Campaign Management : Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue while ensuring efficient use of budget and resources.
3. Audience Targeting and Segmentation : Utilize data-driven insights to identify target audiences, create audience segments, and tailor marketing messages to maximize relevance and engagement.
4. Budget Management : Manage advertising budgets effectively, monitor campaign performance, and optimize spending to achieve desired return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting : Analyse campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.
