Manager - Performance Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and growth for our Jewellery business through digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns, optimizing digital advertising strategies, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement optimizations to improve ROI and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to create effective ad copy, images, and landing pages tailored to target audiences.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage advertising budgets and provide detailed performance reports to stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Drive engagement and sales through remarketing, display ads, and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Proven expertise in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent understanding of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and audience targeting strategies.
