Performance Marketing Manager
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising Strategy:
- Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, social media, display, and email marketing.
- Define target audiences and create audience segments for effective targeting.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns from inception to completion.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs such as ROI, CPA, and conversion rates.
- A/B test ad creative, copy, and landing pages to maximize results.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient campaigns.
- Provide budget forecasts and track expenses against planned budgets
Analytics and Reporting:
- Regularly analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Create and present performance reports to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for campaign improvements.
Ad Tech and Tools:
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in ad platforms, algorithms, and tools.
- Implement best practices and leverage advanced ad tech to optimize campaigns.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure the alignment of advertising efforts with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven and detail-oriented mind-set
