Manager - Partnerships & Strategic Alliances - IT (5-7 yrs)
Job Description
- Plan & Achieve business targets for new customer acquisition through alliance partners
- Manage existing alliances and drive the engagement to achieve targeted results
- Identify new opportunities for strategic partnerships to grow customer acquisition, market penetration, and brand visibility.
- Establish, manage and foster strong executive relationships between client and its Strategic Alliance Partners
- Own alliance partner relationships & Work closely with partners to identify and drive GTM strategies
- Drive online and on-field campaigns with partner resources to meet business objectives from/with the alliance partners
- Help partners onboard their resources on client's product and services.
- Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to drive partner initiatives.
- Periodic performance reporting - Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in B2B Alliances management. 5-7years of overall experience.
- Previous experience with SaaS companies/startups is a plus.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment & achieve the targeted goals
- Executive presence, complemented by excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with partner team members and influencing strategic partners at the CXO level.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, result-oriented.
- Savvy at navigating complex organizations and connecting the right people within each organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong exposure to business planning with partners, gaining senior sponsorship, onboarding partners via training & coaching
- Willingness to travel
