It is to help the people struggling with or working towards preventing mobility disorders, which occurred due to chronic ailments, trauma or sports injury.
The Job :
Responsibilities :
- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
- Build, nurture and grow a market for the company in new regions.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company.
- Promote application to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals for recommendation to - patients.
- Build and maintain good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of platform features.
- Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
- Competitor Benchmarking for market growth.
- Collaborate internally with other teams to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
- Encourage and drive collaborations with partner brands.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required:
- You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Masters preferred.
- You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
- Prior experience working in a start-up culture would be a plus.
- You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
- You are excited at the prospect of building something from the ground up.
- You can work effectively with fewer resources and have strong resource management skills.
- You are a highly goal-oriented, assertive and hands-on problem solver.
- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills
