Position - Manager Partner Relations
[Sales / Business Development Role; Involving In Onboarding Channel Partners]
Channel Partners On-boarding:
- Identifying prospect partners to on board.
- Creating Month wise plan on prospect partners with targets. The Plan should clearly state number of partners to be contacted, visited & On-boarded. Same should be reviewed and status should be updated on regular basis.
- Creating document on each partner, capturing the business model and complete information. Details should contain - Founders name, Company started, Head office, Investors, about the organization, which partner they work with and their details, Revenue Model, Value proposition etc.
- Weekly Partner review. This should be mapped with the Targets for weekly review & Progress report on each partner.
Partner Relationship :
- Maintaining a cordial and warm relationship with all the channel partners and visiting them frequently to expand our business.
- Minutes of the Meeting Documentation. After every visit Minutes of the meeting should be documented and same should be mailed to the respective Partners and team met.
MIS - Sending regular reports to Channel Partners for their leads.
- Keeping tracker of leads coming and status of cases.
Fresh Leads Tracking :
- To ensure fresh leads are coming on regular basis from existing partners.
- Sharing the leads with Central BD Team. So that they can forward the same to Sales team.
Market Research:
- Research on new market trends and prepare one pager and sharing the same.
- Product - Creating the product:
- Understanding the Partner business model & give inputs to create customize product for each Prospect Partner Contacted.
