Manager - Partner Relation/Strategic Alliances #4 Yrs Exp into HNI CLIENT Sales & Banking Sales

Selection Criteria:-

1) Post Graduation degree mandatory

2) Experience of 4 yrs as Sales / Business Development mandatory

3) Must have B2B Sales Experience

4) Branch sales candidates will be rejected

5) Should have experience into HNI clients Sales, Personal Banker

6) Should have team handling experience in banking sector

7) Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (P.G.D.M.) in Marketing preferred

8) Educated from a premier institute preferred

9) Worked with Yes Bank in a Sales Role preferred

10) 25 - 37 yrs can apply

11) Fluent English skills Ability to [Speak, Read & Write]

Others:-

1) Salary should be proportionate with experience

2) Must be from Indian Market

3) Maximum notice period of less than 30 days

4) Apart from relevant experience, personality of the candidates will matter to a large extent

5) All these candidates will be in Bangalore for first 1 to 1.6 years, before shifting to their designated cities.

Job Description:-

- Channel Partners On boarding

- Identifying prospect partners to on board.

- Creating Month wise plan on prospect partners with targets.

- The Plan should clearly state number of partners to be contacted, visited & On-boarded.

- Same should be reviewed and status should be updated on regular basis.

- Creating document on each partner, capturing the business model and complete information.

- Details should contain - Founders name, Company started, Head office, Investors, about the organization, which partner they work with and their details, Revenue Model, Value proposition etc.

- Weekly Partner review. This should be mapped with the Targets for weekly review & Progress report on each partner.

Partner Relationship

- Maintaining a cordial and warm relationship with all the channel partners and visiting them frequently to expand our business.

- Minutes of the Meeting Documentation. After every visit Minutes of the meeting should be documented and same should be mailed to the respective Partners and team met.

MIS - Sending regular reports to Channel Partners for their leads.

- Keeping tracker of leads coming and status of cases.

- Fresh Leads Tracking

- To ensure fresh leads are coming on regular basis from existing partners.

- Sharing the leads with Central BD Team. So that they can forward the same to Sales team.

Market Research

- Research on new market trends and prepare one pager and sharing the same.

- Product - Creating the product

- Understanding the Partner business model & give inputs to create customize product for each Prospect Partner Contacted.

Example:

An online marketplace has a number of sellers registered on it's platform. Most are SMEs. KNAB Finance has to sell business loans to all these SMEs. But approaching all these SMEs is difficult, so KNAB will Partner with the online marketplace to get the leads of these SMEs. This will be the role of the hired person.
