Manager - Partner Onboarding - Women Empowerment Platform (2-4 yrs)
Our client is an online networking and support system for women, where they can meet, mentor and get mentored by other women to achieve their goals. The platform allows every woman to meet and foster professional and supportive relationships based on their goals, while interacting with other women specifically from their respective industry. The platform also helps in getting mental wellness sessions from experts that aids professional growth, as part of the membership.
The platform has curated speaker sessions, articles, blogs and podcasts that are delivered to the members inbox, all related to the listener's respective field and goals. The founders of this company are from fast growing startups with a track record of building global products, and have started this platform with a goal to ensure there are more women leaders in every field, thus ensuring gender parity across leadership levels.
As a Partner on-boarding manager, you will be researching and identifying key sourcing channels such as LinkedIn.
What you will do:
- Developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to build a pool of partners and domain experts.
- Reaching out and engaging with SMEs in the industry,
- Communicating effectively company's value proposition, showcasing the opportunity and on-boarding them to collaborate with platform.
- Owning the complete on-boarding process for partners and SMEs across the country / globe.
- Structuring and building processes in which these partners and domain experts can be smoothly on-boarded to share their knowledge with company.
- Managing the pool of partners and SMEs on-boarded
- Keeping them highly engaged by defining and building engagement programs via online groups, social discussions, etc
- Working closely with therapists and professional exec coaches
What you need to have:
- Experience of 2-4 years of business development in a fast-growing startup.
- Female candidates will be preferred since we are building a network for women.
-7-8 LPA + incentives
- Females only from hospitality background or new age startups like OYO etc will be preferred
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 6,00,000 to 8,00,000
