Manager - Outside Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are in search of a proficient and experienced Channel Sales Manager to help us grow our business. You will also act as a liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities :
1. New agent recruitment, assessment, and training.
2. Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
3.Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients.
4. Ensuring that everyone on staff manages their time well.
5. Maintaining staff compliance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of agency channel exposure
- Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
