Manager - Outside Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Outside Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives in Hassan. This role involves on-the-ground sales, business expansion, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales, lead generation, and achieving revenue targets.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential markets and business opportunities for revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and networking.
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and product presentations to close deals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Implement territory sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales operations and customer experience.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Insurance, or B2B sales.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple sales territories.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales analysis.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Hassan and nearby regions.
