Manager - Outside Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in generating new business and expanding existing customer relationships!
Responsibilities :
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of outside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth, increase revenue, and expand customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop action plans to address them.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members to ensure they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Manage sales operations processes, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and customer data management.
Candidate requirements :
- Any graduate
- Any local candidate
Experience :- field sales and marketing of insurance /BFSI
Age :- 21 -38 years
