Job Description:
The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales operations outside the office environment, ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets. This role involves actively managing and developing client relationships, generating new business, and implementing sales strategies in the field. The Outside Sales Manager works closely with internal teams, trains and motivates a sales team, and identifies new opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
