Manager - Outside Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of outside sales representatives. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and expand market presence in a designated geographic region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of outside sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
- Provide coaching, support, and motivation to ensure the team is focused and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and prospects.
- Prepare sales forecasts, ensuring accurate predictions of future sales performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is Mandatory.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
